Jonathan Phillips (Lead Pastor)

Jon came to The Crossing Fellowship in 2017 as the youth/worship pastor, and transitioned into the role of lead pastor in December of 2023. He and his wife Sharayah both graduated from Frontier School of the Bible, and love getting to serve God together in ministry. They have one daughter named Harper, and enjoy spending time going on walks around town and to the park with her. Jon enjoys playing music, any type of competition, and spending time with his family.

Luci Robison (Administrator)

Luci (Mann) Robison grew up in Brady. After living in Denver for 11 years she moved home in 2010 with her husband Dan and six kids. Nick, Amanda, Abigail, Andrew, Benjamin & Cleland.  After serving as Children's Ministry Director from 2017-2020, Luci secured her dream job as Administrator in 2023. She spends most of her time at The Family Life Center leading the Guest Services team as well as supporting all other church functions and ministry teams. Outside of The Family Life Center Luci chases her four high school kids around to their multiple functions and enjoys relaxing at home with a good Hallmark movie or TV series.

Cody Most (Media Director)

Cody has been married to his wonderful wife Molly since 2017.  He produces our podcasts, videos, and keeps our social media up to date.  He enjoys playing games with friends, hanging out with family, and a great cup of coffee.

Karissa Blecha (Gothenburg KidVenture Director)

Karissa (Hiebner) Blecha is a Gothenburg native.  She has been married to Chris for eleven years, and they have two beautiful daughters and a son.  Karissa taught elementary school before becoming a mom, and is excited to have the opportunity to work with kiddos again and watch them develop their relationships with Jesus!  God has big plans for each of their little lives, and there is no greater honor than to watch those plans fold out as they become the people that God made them to be.

 Amanda Kollars (Cozad KidVenture Director)

Amanda lives in Cozad with her husband, Brett, and two daughters. She has been with TheCrossing Fellowship Cozad Campus since the beginning in 2022 and has enjoyed watching it flourish over the years. In her spare time, you might find Amanda hanging out with the girls, gardening, baking sourdough, or on the golf course.
