Our Staff

Eric Most (Lead Pastor)

Eric has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 30 years. They have four children: Cody, Jessica, Thomas, and Shane. He enjoys spending time with family, woodworking, the mountains, and golfing.

Jonathan Phillips (Gothenburg Campus Pastor / Youth and Worship)

Jon heads up our worship/music ministry, as well as our youth ministry from 6-12 grade, alongside his wife Sharayah. He and his wife moved to Gothenburg in August of 2017, and they have been serving on staff ever since. Jon enjoys any type of competition (especially when it involves crazy youth ministry games), going on walks around town with Sharayah and their dogs, and playing music.

Karissa Blecha (Gothenburg KidVenture Director)

Karissa (Hiebner) Blecha is a Gothenburg native. She has been married to Chris for eleven years, and they have two beautiful daughters and a son. Karissa taught elementary school before becoming a mom, and is excited to have the opportunity to work with kiddos again and watch them develop their relationships with Jesus! God has big plans for each of their little lives, and there is no greater honor than to watch those plans fold out as they become the people that God made them to be.

Amanda Kollars (Cozad KidVenture Director)

Amanda lives in Cozad with her husband, Brett, and two daughters. She joined The Crossing staff after watching her family transform from sleeping in on Sundays to not wanting to miss out on a single thing the Crossing has to offer. In her spare time, you might find Amanda hanging out with the girls, staring at her garden, or on the golf course.

Cody Most (Media Director)

Cody has been married to his wonderful wife Molly for 6 years. He produces our podcasts, videos, and keeps our social media up to date. He enjoys playing games with friends, hanging out on the porch, and a great cup of coffee
